Job Description

Seeking a Reimbursement Processor to manage the day- to-day performance and relationship of a group of suppliers for several assigned commodities to support factory operations and to work with the Supply Base to drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.

Position Summary
The Reimbursement Processor position is responsible for adjudicating and entering Flexible Spending Account (FSA) reimbursement requests and Benefits Card receipt requests. The Reimbursement Processor receives workflow direction from the Reimbursement Coordinator.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Adjudicate Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claims up to $5,000.00
- Adjudicate and process Benefits Card receipt requests
- Enter claims into the appropriate account
- Update participant demographic information
- Process third party FSA claim files
- Safeguard confidentiality, privacy and security of organization and customer (PHI) information

Working hours: Mon-Fri

Skills:
Required:
- High School Diploma
- One year experience working in a professional office setting
- Demonstrated attention to detail and adherence to productivity and accuracy standards
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 50 words for minute and 10-key speed of 9,500 per hour

Preferred:
- Previous claims processing experience
- Previous experience working with tax advantaged benefit plans
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word
