Job Description

The Relationship Manager (RM) role is primarily responsible for developing and managing relationships with engagement managers and supplier partners for fulfillment of job requisitions for temporary contract resources. This is a vital role within the overall Managed Services Provider (MSP) team supporting Volt's client program.
Volt's MSP programs provide the tools, insights, and expertise for organizations to improve talent quality, reduce risk, and control costs across their entire contingent program. Volt is currently seeking to fill this role for a key client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

An RM must conduct themselves in a professional manner and possess a desire for success with a competitive spirit. A successful and effective RM has excellent communication skills, is well organized and detailed oriented, while executing with perseverance and tenacity. The overall goal is to consult with the customer to ensure full utilization of the managed services program, drive efficiencies and continually improve customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

* Oversight of all aspects of human capital sourcing through Vendor Management System (VMS)(SAP/Fieldglass)
* Works to exceed MSP program specific SLA's by ensuring timely quality focused customer service.
* Partnership with greater MSP team to provide seamless support of the program.
* Job profile/description review and interpretation for maintaining updates.
* Review of resumes and negotiating bill rates as necessary to present the client with the most qualified candidates at the best rate.
* Gather and disseminates feedback on presented candidates/resumes.
* Primary point of contact for job requisitions to fulfill temporary contract requests/placements.
* Responsible for training and education of client and suppliers on policy and process; relay of end benefits.
* Supplier management/oversight; expedition of orders for temporary contract resources.
* Ensure all processes, procedures, and best practices are documented accurately.

Basic Job Functions:

* Trains/Educates client and suppliers on program process and policy
* Acts as the main point of contact for client and suppliers on all assigned job requisitions.
* Reviews new job requisition submissions and works with the Engagement Manager to understand need. Ensures qualifications/requirements are clearly defined in the job requisition for presentation to suppliers.
* Reviews candidate submissions for rate compliance and qualifications in order to present the Engagement Manager with the most qualified candidates at the best rates.
* Assists with the scheduling/rescheduling of Interview Requests
* Provides Onboarding Updates for identified candidates to Engagement Managers
* Follows up with supplier for completion of items where exceptions are granted.
* Works to exceed MSP program specific SLA's by ensuring timely, quality focused customer service
* Provides Life Cycle Support for Temporary Work Assignments
* Assignment Extensions - Review Revisions and submit for approvals
* Provide accurate and timely requested reporting
* Provide Reporting support for scheduled and ad hoc as needed
* Reviews and interprets reports from the VMS System
* Works in conjunction with the Program Manager to develop penetration strategies to increase new business
* Ensure fiscal and ethical standards are met
* Marketing the program to Managers and Associate Suppliers
* Assist and drive business development, strategic and revenue generating opportunities
* Responsible for arranging, overseeing, and/or leading some of the training for the MSP


* MSP, staffing experience required; Supplier management experience is a plus
* Prior customer account management and recruiting experience desired
* Experience working in a Customer Solution/Customer Facing Role
* Must be Proactive, energetic, eager, solutions oriented
* Experience working with clients, suppliers, workers in various remote locations
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Ability to think outside the box and efficiently solve problems
* Strong Communication Skills both Verbal and Written
* Ability to effectively write/revise Job Descriptions/Communicate Job Requirements
* Experience training multi-functional system users on tool functions and ability to troubleshoot/escalate issues as needed.
* Experience working with web-based vendor management or recruiting systems (VMS, HRIS)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP's)
* Ability to work with a high volume work load and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service
* Experience creating/generating reports from a database system
* Ability to analyze report data and create reports for clients, suppliers, team that presents/communicates data effectively.
* Bachelor's Degree preferred
