**Previous OPTICAL EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED to be considered for this position**

SHIFT: 9:30am to 6pm Monday - Friday

PAY:$16 -$17/hr DOE

Job Summary:

  • Responds to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex from members, clients, providers, and internal/external business partners; inquiries may range from telephone, in person, or via the internet/e-email.
  • Effectively educates and influences customers and prospective customers on the value and benefit that offers through its products, services, and solutions
  • Identify customer trends, suggest necessary corrections, changes, or solutions; appropriately elevate situations that could have organization wide impacts.
  • Effectively maintains specific line of business Customer Service standards and support level standards product/services/solutions information to accurately and consistently respond to customers inquiries.
  • Remain current on all changes to Customer Service policy, procedures.

Qualified Candidates will have:

  • Must reside in OHIO
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Ability to pass all employment screenings
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner in all forms of communication, reading, writing and speaking
  • Work Independently and have keen eye for detail
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn quickly on internal software.
  • Work in a fast paced environment while keeping attention to detail and keeping of accurate and complete records while while speaking to a client or potential client
  • Must have dedicated space for work with no distractions environmental noise while working.
