Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a global automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a Reporting Administrator for immediate hire.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • developing detailed and informative PowerPoint presentations and reports for top level management which will be used in major leadership meetings
  • preparing daily sales reports
  • data analysis 
  • processing invoices, check requests, purchase requests and purchase orders

To qualify you must have:

  • a completed BA/BS degree in addition to 1 – 2 years’ experience creating PowerPoint presentations and reports from scratch.
  • advance knowledge of PowerPoint required and intermediate Excel skills.

This position is a long term 12 month temp, possible temp to hire opening. Pay rate is between $23-25/hr. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm.
