Technical Repair Specialist Manager


The Technical Repair Specialist Manager will be managing a team performing specific functional troubleshooting and repair skills with a focus on phones. 


Supervising a team preforming the following duties

  • Successfully complete training course for specific device repair process.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform specific repairs of iOS devices.
  • Record all repairs accurately to maintain service and inventory part accuracy.
  • Develop product knowledge and research required information using all available tools and resources.
  • Perform additional support like check-in duties or service functions as needed.

Desired Skills

  • Management experience in retail
  • Familiar with or certified to repair iOS devices.
  • Ability to listen and provide feedback and guidance to others.
  • Ability to analyze and solve technical problems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly, sometimes under tight deadlines and pressure.
  • Proven success in team environments demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
  • Excellent verbal communications skills with ability to tailor communication and style to differing audiences.

Schedule Requirements

  • Must be able to work during retails hours (between 10am and 10pm, Mon-Sun)
  • Will work 8 hour shifts

Pay Rate - $20 per hour
