CORPORATE SALES TRAINER-DIRECT HIRE***** 50-75K PLUS & BONUS

MUST FILL IMMEDIATELY!

Located in the Miami area, our client is a prominent, high-end jewelry store with multiply locations throughout Florida who caters to the entertainment/Hip Hop culture.  Our client has been in business for 20+ years and is rapidly expanding with major growth opportunities!!!!  This is an exciting new position.

The Corporate Sales Trainer will be in charge of traveling from location to location, doing live training sessions of sales techniques and strategies to increase sales and productivity within the organization.  This is a hands-on and strategic role. Through you training, you will effectively prepare the sales force to be highly successful in their respective positions. This new role is critical to the success of the existing and new stores. 

REQUIRED SKILLS

•             Bilingual Spanish and English skills, both written and verbal

•             Enjoys working in a fast paced, competitive and high-volume sales work

              environment

•             Ability to train and motivate sales teams, in partnership with Sales Managers, 

              ensuring sales and financial goals are met

•             Minimum of 3 years' experience training in the areas of sales and customer

              service

•             Knowledge of the best and latest Sales methodologies; familiarity with    

              Sandlers Sales Training Methodologies a huge plus

•             Experience with training facilitation, delivery and instructional design

•             Strong communication and public speaking skills

•             Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop,

              coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

•             Polished and professional demeanor and presence

•             Outstanding presentation skills

•             Able to on-board and train new employees and offer continuous training for

              current employees

•             BA, BS degree strongly preferred, not required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•        Develop and deliver relevant knowledge and skills training to new and existing

         Sales staff.

•        Partner with Store Managers and other leadership members to identify training

         needs and deliver the curriculum to drive and reinforce desired behaviors and

         outcomes for all store locations

•        Manage the sales onboarding program

•        Develop and reinforce skills through education (on-site and e-learning)

         observation, mentorship and motivation - the Corporate Sales Trainer, in

         partnership with Store Managers and other  leaders will ensure the success of the

         Five Star Sales Team.

•       Coordinate and implement current sales training and methodologies utilizing  

        existing and new curriculum for newly hire and existing sales team members

•       Drive Sales best practices
