Volt Workforce Solutions is searching for positive people with a strong work ethic for this local, family operated company. Our client, based in Auburn, is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their team.  This assignment has the potential to be Temp to Hire, so please apply today!

Job Duties:

  • Support the Sales Team with collection information for bids and general administrative tasks
  • Contact vendors about supply, availability, and costs of goods to be used for quotes
  • Use QuickBooks to enter customer order information

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with QuickBooks and Administrative functions required
  • Experience with cable harness building preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft office Suite
