Sales Verifier and Reports Analyst -

Job Summary:

Sales Verifier and Reports Analyst: Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating actions required to ensure accurate and validate order placement. Performs regular analysis to ensure booking accuracy, proper revenue recognition, ensure sales policy and procedure compliance. Analyze opportunities and verify compliance with contractual terms, product solutions, or other formal agreements. Assist in implementation of process improvements to address and correct issues identified in order to enhance the customer experience and drive operational efficiencies. Creation of monthly report cards, that provide a range of sales performance grades to the Sales Organization based on performance.

Job Description:

  • Monitor and reconcile opportunities booked in Salesforce, identify potential leakages or unusual activity levels.
  • Perform audit samples of internal SOFs for accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and ensure that customer provisioning (account set up, pricing set up, customer information changes, and terminations) in provisioning systems is completed in an accurate and timely fashion.
  • Assist in identifying and driving resolution of root causes to problems and challenges by working with sales operations and other sales support teams
  • Assist in implementing audit control and monitoring processes.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining sales performance report cards
  • Provide analytical support and assurance of actual billing results against sales quotes and customer contracts.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of revenue assurance activities.
  • Audits will include analysis of both recurring and nonrecurring closed/won revenue.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Sales Operations Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Have an understanding of the telecommunications industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel. 
  • Ability to create queries in Microsoft Access or other databases.
  • A strong attention to details and ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision, or as a team member, with tight deadlines is a must.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
