Job Description

Our client, based in Menlo Park California, is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator for an immediate opportunity!

The daily duties include gathering requirements to support all systems within the client’s organization.  This will include working with various departments to analyze specific updates for development, research, marketing and customer interaction.  Candidates will be working with the Sales Order Operations, Sales Automation and Customer Service groups.  Additional duties:

  • Gather and Analyze Requirements for all business capabilities
  • Help understand current best practices and assist for future growth and scalability
  • Create custom workflows and diagrams
  • Configure new and existing Salesforce.com features such as user management, roles/profiles, permissions, custom objects, page layouts, fields, formulas fields, validations, workflow rules and process builder
  • Provide training to users with Salesforce
  • Communicate with users for support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of CRM, (Salesforce.com)
  • Background with all processes with Salesforce for Marketing, Sales and Customer Service
  • Deployment experience is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, DemandTools)
  • Experience with Lightning Reports and digital dashboards
