Job Description

The Role:

We are looking a highly motivated, detailed and certified Lightning Developer who has years of experience developing processes builders, flows, apex code and CPQ enhancements to streamline processes.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the Salesforce Developer will be responsible for simplifying the existing instance (merging process builders & enhancing APEX code to improve overall performance) as well as enhancing CPQ to improve automation to support our internal users.

Some of the cool you will do:

  • You will Support and Project Manage all SFDC enhancement request
  • With Your Advanced SFDC knowledge and experience - you will have the ability to define the SFDC landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a CRM solution
  • You, in collaboration with key stakeholders will become a key player in the monthly SFDC release plan and schedule
  • You will provide timely and accurate statuses of request/enhancements and you will collaborate and gather requirements, business impacts, list of improvements and build out use cases per project
  • You will create UAT cases and testing, and receive sign off from key stakeholders
  • You will build strong and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency
  • You will drive continual process improvements leverage best practices, standardization and automation to scale the business
  • You will provide insight and support via our Service Desk ticketing system
  • You will manage and assist with ad hoc projects

What you will need to succeed:

  • Certified SFDC Lightning Developer & CPQ Certification
  • Experience and knowledge with Apex Code, Process Builders, Flow Management, Custom Settings, Workflow Rules, Triggers, Customer Settings, Change Sets, Visualforce Pages and more.
  • At least 2-3 years of in a similar role at a high-growth technology company Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Experience in building out CPQ (renewal automation, orders object customization, contracts customization, and approval workflow)
  • Strong operational and problem-solving skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Self-starter with ability to be agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer service orientation
