Job Location: Fullerton, CA

Our client in Orange county is looking for a Salesforce marketing cloud professional for implementation. The scope of work requires the consultant to provide knowledge transfer, documentation and

completing the tasks that are outlined in the scope of work.

Responsibilities

  • Integrating solutions for customer journey management: mail, mobile, social media, web personalization, advertising, content creation, content management and data analysis.
  • The consultant will act as a member of a wider technical and functional team that crosses several departments. The consultant will work with this group to: Conduct discoveries/planning sessions; Identify ways marketing activities can influence student success; Brainstorm best methods to integrate marketing functions into existing systems/processes.
  • Additionally, the consultant is expected to configure and setup Salesforce Marketing Cloud according to best practices including but not limited to the following activities:

    • Sender Profile Configuration Reviewed
    • Delivery Profiles Configuration
    • Data Extensions Setup
    • Lists Setup
    • Contact Builder/ Data Designer to setup data relationships
    • Data Integration using Dell Boomi and extracts
    • Salesforce to Marketing Cloud integrations
    • Campaigns setup
  • Journey Builder and Automation Studio
    • Set up journeys per business requirements
    • Setup automation examples for client to model
    • Build I-20 Journey
    • Client Training
  • Mobile Studio and Social Studio
    • Setup and configure
    • Setup up templates
    • Sending SMS messages and push notifications
  • Email Creation
