Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking a Schedule Planner to work onsite at John Deere’s facility in Waterloo, IA. This is a contingent position expected to last 1 year.   

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • Plans and schedules simple manufacturing processes of all current production and service parts.
  • Schedules production and service parts.
  • Expedites production and purchased parts.
  • Coordinates and communicates the implementation of engineering and material changes.
  • Assists the production department in manpower planning.
  • Performs general administrative duties as needed to meet support needs.
  • Assists in coordinating the department’s inventory integrity and accuracy, including production and scrap reporting.         

Required Skills/Experience

  • 4 year business related degree.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • May drive a gator in the factory after completing certification.
  • Requires the ability to work on the shop floor for ½ of the day.
