1st Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm

$21-$22 hr

We are currently looking for Scheduling Coordinators to job our team!

As a member of the Order Management Team you take responsibility for the customers instrument acquisition experience.

  • Manage and coordinate resource across the value stream to ensure you are delivering and installing instrumentation on the customer schedule.
  • Utilizing multiple systems(MRS & CRM), schedule installation service orders to Engineers.
  • Own the customer experience to ensure delightful, premier, delivery and installation.
  • Grow and maintain customer relationships to assist and ensure customers are productive with new instrumentation.
  • Communicate site-prep requirement and discuss readiness to ensure successful installation site visit. 
  • Champion Internally to ensure customer receives a "perfect install" experience.
  • Demonstrate your communication and relationship-building skills cross-functionally across while acting as a fierce customer advocate.
  • Identify Improvement opportunities and drive implementation across the value chain. 
  • Support the Cross-Lab Insight to Outcome brand

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors or Master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years relevant experience required.
  • Customer service operations experience required.
  • Team Player
  • Familiarity with Analytical equipment is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office with emphasis on Excel, Customer relationship software experience desired for example SAP (ECC), CRM and MRS
  • Excels under high pressure
  • Demonstrates ability to work in a multi-task, interrupt driven environment
  • Demonstrates skills for organizations and attention to detail
  • Demonstrates ability to influence cross-functionally and build relationships
  • Demonstrates ability to learn and communicate technical hardware and software information
  • Curiosity to learn product configuration across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrates ability to apply consultative communications skills to offer solutions to customer problems.
