Pay Rate: $14.00 and up DOE

Day and Graveyard Shifts Available

Shift Differential 12% - 15% For Graveyard Shifts

Volt in partnership with Qorvo has multiple Fabrication Operators available in the Hillsboro area. Our client offers great perks to their employees, including: a ping pong table, coffee bar, massage chair, TV lounge, and community garden plots available. 


  • Working in a clean room environment and performing production duties
  • Responsible for performing manual operations on wafer fabrication equipment and works closely with the factory management team to prioritize job tasks
  • May be required to update documentation on procedures
  • Handling of chemicals, microscope inspections, running precision equipment, and processing wafers
  • Reads, comprehends, and follows required safety policies
  • Opportunity to assist process engineers, depending on skill set, in performing experimental procedures

Required Skills:

  • Associate degree or completion of college level math, science, or electronics classes preferred; High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year of previous clean room, semiconductor manufacturing, or assembly work experience required
  • Ability to complete tasks requiring careful handling while learning through on the job training
  • Ability to sustain a high quality of work in a fast-paced Cleanroom environment
  • Must have ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrating excellent manual dexterity
  • Should possess an excellent work ethic in terms of attendance, organization and team skills; must be flexible and able to adjust to changing goals, objectives and policies of the Company
  • Accuracy in documentation and data entry very important in this role
  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift 20+ lbs
  • Candidate may be required to wear PPE and be exposed to hazardous processing materials
