Job Description

Our client is seeking a qualified Tier 2 break-fix support technician for an exciting project at one of their Raleigh, NC locations.

Job Description:

Provides 2nd level 24/7 break-fix support for IT hardware as specified by or utilized in customer environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Analyzes, diagnoses, and troubleshoots hardware/server issues with focus on responsiveness; provides issue resolution. Maintains inventory and documentation of activity. Escalates more complex issues to 3rd level.


A.S. in related field. 4+ years experience servicing hardware as specified or utilized in customer environment. Familiarity with ticket-tracking software.

4 years of experience with diagnosing, triage, and repair of Dell servers

Experience with other brands of servers is highly preferred
