Job Description

Service Delivery Specialist

This role serves as the client representative and is responsible for the optimal operation of all managed services provided to accounts.  This includes ensuring the client is getting the required service levels and the service is mapped to customer expectations.

  • General service level agreement (SLA) management and measurement
  • Ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Management of client business relations including: billing under the service level agreement, exception service billing, service credits, change order billing
  • Frequent inter-organizational and external client contact performed remotely
  • Represents the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical problems associated with specific projects
  • Monitors and oversees project execution and recommends adjustments, as needed
  • Maintain professional relationship and regular communication with appropriate client executives


  • 5 to 7 years telecom experience OR 2-4 years of experience with Bachelors in Telecommunications or related field
  • Experience with Statement of Work contracts
