VOLT’s client is looking for a Service Desk Manager  

**We are actively hiring during COVID-19**

This is a direct hire position in Spokane, WA and offered through Volt Workforce Solutions. Our client is seeking an individual with a strong managerial background with experience and understanding of . (An Foundations certification is preferred) 

This candidate is responsible for the performance of the IT Service Desk team which includes:

  • Defining the tactics of the IT Service Desk team, in alignment with the strategies set forth by the Director of IT Service Operations.
  • Ensuring the IT Service Desk team is properly staffed, during IT business hours to support the customer and business needs.
  • Ensuring the IT Service Desk team members are all adequately trained.
  • Monitoring Incident and Request history of the IT Service Desk team and providing feedback.
  • Identifying Incident trends across the IT Service Operations team and working to address them
  • Defining and managing the project deliverables of the IT Service Desk team, ensuring deliverables are received on time and in full


  • 4-year technical degree with 4-years’ applicable experience or 10-years’ applicable experience
  • adoption experience preferred

  • Customer Service mindset at all times
