Service Technician -Painter in San Diego, CA at Volt

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring for a Service Technician in the San Diego area!

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform the following building general maintenance tasks as required:
  • minor carpentry, painting, drywall repair, ceiling tiles/grid repair/replacement, wallpaper repair, flooring/base repair, minor concrete repair, etc.
• Primary service requests including:
  • lighting, restroom/kitchen plumbing, minor electrical, ceiling tiles, door/lock repair.
• Perform repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures, faucets, valves, water heaters, and piping.
• HVAC.
• Electrical.
• General maintenance requirements of building.
• Maintain all work areas in a clean and safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of basic hand/power tools.
