Job Description

Prior print shop experience a plus (including Kinkos, Staples, Office Depot). Candidate should have experience with printers/copiers including large format copiers (posters), binding and finishing work. Must be efficient using a PC and have general knowledge of the Microsoft Office applications (Power Point, Publisher, Word and Excel). Familiarization with editing and creation of documents using multiple Adobe applications very helpful (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Candidate must be able to stand and sit throughout the day and able to lift up to 35 lbs (possibly a paper box). Graphic Design experience is preferred but not required.

Ricoh's client location has a print shop on campus - where they print and assemble training manuals, posters, flyers, banners, cards, etc. CW will be working on coil binding, tape binding, GBC binding, in addition to laminating, printing, and working jobs from the queue. CW must be flexible with scheduling as they will have to be available to work shifts between 7am - 8pm. CW will start off in an 8am - 5pm shift, Mon-Fri. Flexible and willing to work overtime on an as needed basis.

Comments/Special Instructions
This requisition is to cover a maternity leave, so start and end dates may change. Schedule may change when the print shop moves within USAA. At that time, the CW may be asked to work 11-8, flexibility in schedule is very important. The manager is ready to conduct in person interviews ASAP.
