Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is working with a Burbank Aerospace Company and we are looking to hire a Shipping Coordinator.

In this role you will be responsible for keeping records on incoming and outgoing shipments.  Prepare items for shipment; determine method of shipment - utilizing routes and rates of shippers.

Must be familiar with BOL and international shipping.  May operate forklifts and  or use hand truck to move shipments from area to area.

Minimum requirements:

  • 3 years in a high volume shipping/receiving environment with both domestic and international transactions.       
  • High school Diploma or Equivalent
  • Flexible to work overtime when needed
