POSITIONS AVAILABLE IN PASO ROBLES AND SAN LUIS OBISPO.

• JOB SUMMARY: Assists with all aspects of purchase order and returns inventory receiving, packaging and stocking. Contact vendors for pre-shipment confirmation. Contact customers for return shipment status.
• ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned by the Operation Manager:
  • Purchasing order receiving data entry into the Warehouse Management and ERP system
  • Customer returns receiving data entry into the Warehouse Management and ERP system
  • Prepare receiving documents and supporting documents for posting
  • Product labeling and re-packaging for sale
  • Inventory re-stocking and organizing
  • Inventory upkeep in the Warehouse dealing with location and integrity
  • Periodic inventory physical count checking
  • Forklift operation
  • All other duties as assigned or required by the Logistics Supervisor
