VOLT IS NOW HIRING IN CORONA!

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a popular Shoe Apparel company to hire experienced 1ST and 2ND RF Scanner-Picker/Packers and 2ND Shift Cherry Picker Forklift Operators.

All positions are physically demanding and require being flexible to perform various tasks around the distribution center. Associates must be able to work the required over time.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must pass Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check
• For RF SCANNER-Picker/Packer positions you MUST have at least 3 to 6 months of RECENT experience working at a distribution/warehouse and RF Scanner experience
• For CHERRY PICKER Forklift Positions you MUST have 1 YEAR or MORE of Cherry Picker Forklift Experience.
• Must be able to lift 15 - 50 lbs repeatedly, stand and walk throughout entire shift
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• TEMP TO HIRE Opportunities!!!

Job Duties:

• Picking, Packing, Stocking, Sorting, Replenishing, Palletizing
• Loading and Unloading

 RF SCANNER-Picker/Packer PAY RATE: $15.00 AN HOUR. (As a courtesy, Shoe Apparel Company will be paying $18.00 an hour until 08/30/2020 in recognition of working during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Starting 08/31/2020 Pay Rate will return to $15.00 an hour)

1ST SHIFT Schedule D : Sunday – Saturday (OFF Monday / Tuesday) 5:30AM – 2:15PM +Possible OT

1ST SHIFT Schedule E : Sunday – Saturday (OFF Wednesday / Thursday) 5:30AM – 2:15PM +Possible OT

1ST SHIFT Schedule F : Sunday – Saturday (OFF Tuesday / Wednesday) 5:30AM – 2:15PM +Possible OT

2ND SHIFT Schedule E : Sunday – Saturday (OFF Wednesday / Thursday) 4:00PM – 12:45AM +Possible OT

2ND SHIFT - CHERRY PICKER FORKLIFT SCHEDULE: 2ND SHIFT ONLY: Sunday - Saturday  4:00PM - 12:45AM +Possible OT (With 2 days OFF during the week) (Ask for Schedules Available)

2ND SHIFT - CHERRY PICKER Forklift Operator PAY RATE: $17.00/hour. (As a courtesy, Shoe Apparel Company will be paying $20.00 an hour until 08/30/2020 in recognition of working during the COVID 19 Pandemic. Starting 08/31/2020 Pay Rate will return to $17.00 an hour)
