Job Description


  • Candidate must have Strong Leadership experience (At least 3 - 5 years in a leadership role).
  • Must be able to reconcile invoices and purchases, must be able to enter data accurately for monthly reporting.
  • Must be articulate and be a strong oral communicator, Upbeat personality able to work in a very fast paced law firm environment.
  • Must be able to produce reporting monthly.
  • Must proactively seek to exceed the needs of the customer.
  • Must possess strong written communication skills.


  • Supervises day-to day operations and staff of MS sites. 80% of time should be spent in managing duties, no more than 20% in operating production equipment.
  • Develops, implements and reviews related procedures.
  • Invoices accounts and interacts with customer; assists in maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met.
  • High degree of customer interface. Responsible for 13+ employees or $80K+ in services revenue per month at a single site

Ability to set goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives. Proficient PC skills, utilizing standard business software applications, are required. Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.
