Job Title: Sr. Software Developer

Location: Mesa, AZ

Job Description

The chosen candidate will be a part of the Applications team in Mesa, AZ. They will work with other software developers both local and off-site to implement new software systems and maintain current web and client applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Custom web and client application development
  • Administration and support of existing systems along with implementation of Commercial off-the-shelf software
  • Assist business users defining requirements
  • Perform coding to industry software and database design principles
  • Promoting enterprise software to production based standard change control processes

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
 

  • Experience and understanding to identify technology and business requirements
  • Experience with written communications as related to SDLC process
  • Experience in Software Development Methodologies
  • Experience working in a production environment utilizing Change Control practices and working under technical project plans and timelines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Visual studio platform (MVC, C#, and asp.net)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with JavaScript and jQuery
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL server databases
  • Experience with SSIS
  • Working knowledge of Database design principles
  • Experience with SharePoint and Markup languages (Presentation, Procedural, Descriptive) such as XML or CSS preferred

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or IT/IS required, Post graduate degree preferred.
