Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic and focused enterprise software Sales Executive to work in a fast-paced sales environment. The role is responsible for pursuing new customer leads in the Life Sciences industry. We require an individual who is fearless in delivering the company’s value proposition with a focus of pursuing generated leads that will contribute to the growth of the sales pipeline and revenue. Capable of connecting with key prospect stakeholders to communicate the value proposition of the company’s Elements Quality Management System in cloud and on-premise deployments that lead to closed business. Our solution provides immediate and long-term business value for our customers; therefore, selling value will lead to your success.

As Software Sales Executive you will fearlessly deliver the company’s value proposition in a new business hunter setting; aggressively qualifying leads and expanding opportunities based on delivered value. In this role, you will engage with senior level stakeholders of prospective customers utilizing the Challenger Sales model.

Major Area of Responsibility:

  • Develop a market and territory plan identifying top prospects, customers, associations within your assigned vertical in the US
  • Work strategically with the company’s Sales Solution Consultants to qualify, discover, present & demo our Quality Management Software to prospective customers
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts utilizing SalesForce.com, identify trends opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions that win business

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Life Science, specifically medical device manufacturing industry knowledge
  • Previous Sales experience with Enterprise Level technology suites; engaging with business decision makers of medium to large enterprises
  • Exceptional communication skills; including presentation and the ability to move a prospect to a concept outside their comfort zone utilizing a value-based approach  
  • Knowledgeable in positioning cloud solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing or related field
  • Experience/exposure with the Challenger Sales Model a plus
  • Expertise in navigating all social media sites, i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, twitter.
