Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions, a global leader in the staffing and recruiting industry, has an immediate need for a Recruiting Sourcer/Branch Coordinator to work with our team in Ft. Collins, CO.  In a nutshell, the Sourcer is responsible for projects or processes specific to the branch including employee relations, on-boarding employees, payroll, data entry and other support functions.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for candidates walk in/call in
  • Provide employee relations support and direction
  • Manages employee timecards and payroll
  • Point of contact for all new hire processing to include pre-employment screening
  • Ensure compliance with corporate operating policies
  • Maintain files, databases and creates reports as needed
  • Ability to arrive to work at a specific time; attendance is an essential function of the job.

Position Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a support position in Human Resources preferred
  • One year or more of customer service experience
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong research, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with MS Office applications
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
  • Flexibility to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
