Looking for Rock Star Sourcers

Our Client is seeking a Sourcer who is responsible for leading and managing the sourcing process in the identification and assessment of external and internal talent using creative, proactive, cutting edge recruitment methods. This position is located in the Clients corporate headquarters in the heart of downtown San Francisco.

The Sourcer will focus working with the Talent Acquisition team on cultivating candidate relationships and candidate generation strategies. More specifically, the Sourcer will develop a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for a dedicated business unit functional area and work closely with the recruitment team to facilitate timely hiring and greater volume of candidates in the recruitment lifecycle.

The Sourcer will proactively identify candidates by utilizing multiple strategies including: online databases, job boards, contact lists, and employee referrals, as well as through networking and cold calling. The Sourcer will also work closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience sourcing in highly competitive markets such as health care, finance, or IT. Experience sourcing for large corporations is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sourcing Project Managers, Program Managers, Auditors, Actuaries, Registered Nurses, Business Analysts and similar roles.
  • Networked with mid to high level management in the healthcare industry is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience with reverse recruiting, conducting telephone screens and screening resumes for designated hard to fill positions is required.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative.
  • Works with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines.
  • Works well with ambiguity.
