Job Description

Do you have experience working with recruiters and assisting them in the recruiting process? If so, our client is looking for you! Volt Workforce Solutions is in search of a Sourcer for this 8-10 week project. 

This position is responsible for sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines for the organization. You will review resumes, conduct phone screens, and use recruiting tools.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required, College preferred
  • At least 1-2 years’ current recruitment support experience or sourcing required
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, and ability to persuade an audience
  • Team player, results orientated, and self-driven
