Volt has partnered with one of the most innovative producers of smartphones and we are looking for qualified candidates to fill upcoming Technical Support Advisers in the Elk Grove area.

*12-months assignment with the potential to apply and convert to direct employee.


  • Effectively communicate in Spanish, this includes verbal and written communication
  • Flexibility within this parameter: 7 days a week, between 5 AM to 8:30 PM (including Holidays)
  • Minimum 1-year experience working in the technical support field including support via phone resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
  • Strong technical skills including knowledge of smartphone terminology and use of Microsoft Office/Internet Explorer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Possess excellent verbal and written skills
  • Able to meet minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Able to work in a fast paced, inbound call center environment.
  • Consent to a background check and drug testing
  • Must complete full training; zero tolerance for any tardiness or absences while in training.
  • Must sign an agreement pertaining to Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and Intellectual Property

•    High School Diploma or equivalent

•    IT Education would be considered as a replacement for experience
