Job Description

Customer Interaction Specialists (Customer Service Representatives) needed  to work with Volt Workforce Solutions at our client, a world leader in document production, imaging, and business services, at their location in TEMPE, AZ area. These are temporary-to-hire assignments with the possibility of converting to client's staff depending on factors such as attendance and performance.

If you have customer service and clerical / administrative experience this could be a great job for you! Previous imaging experience preferred, with operating Kodak and/or Opex equipment highly preferred (but not required).

Overview

Pay: $14.71 - $19.52/hr starting rate, d.o.e.

Duration: 6+ months with possibility of going on staff with client

Hours:  Mon - Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with possible evening or weekend overtime;

Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handles customer billing and invoicing inquiries calls from external and internal customers.
  • Updates/changes basic customer account information.
  • Utilizes logic/troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Works alongside the assigned Lead and/or Management to ensure proper handling of customer inquiries on a daily basis.
  • Makes daily contact with Sales personnel, operations personnel, sales and operational management and CCC personnel to resolve issues/answer questions.
  • Quickly and accurately resolves open inquiries within the established time frames through decision-making and coordination with other departments.
  • Assists associates in researching and resolving more complex issues.
  • Backs up department team members as needed.
  • Makes suggestions for improvements.
  • Promotes other products and services.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Typically Required

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1--2 years of Customer Interaction experience is desired.
  • Exceeds department metrics and standards expectations.
