Do you have experience with Microsoft .NET Development, Azure, MySQL, ETL and SQL, with a strong background in Data Warehousing, Modeling and MDM?

Position: Sr. Manager of Application Development & Data Architecture is responsible for increasing the overall maturity of application development.

Location: Sugarland, TX

Full time: $120K+

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or related degree
  • Fifteen (15) years of work experience in IT, including five (5) years of IT management experience preferred
  • Proven experience in business analysis and knowledge of service industry principles and practice preferred.
  • Strong people management and leadership skills.
  • Maintains knowledge and experience of Agile development.
  • Maintains knowledge of dimensional modeling and data warehousing.
  • Maintains knowledge of current trends in data technologies: data services, data integration, Master Data Management.
  • Maintains knowledge and experience with SQL and MySQL databases, ETL, and application concepts, practices and procedures
  • Maintains knowledge of Microsoft application development technology, especially .NET and Azure PaaS.
  • Maintains knowledge of Linux/Apache/mySql/PHP development.
  • Experience with TFS and/or VSTS.
  • Detailed oriented and driven with a “can-do” attitude (especially when information and/or support is lacking)
  • Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions and delivering against aggressive timelines
