Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Sr. Office Clerk for immediate hire.

In this role you will be responsible for mailing out vehicle information to dealers, cancelling and correcting data, high volume data entry, and general officer duties that may include filing, handling forms for demo, employee lease forms, assembly of binders for quarterly meetings and processing Fuel Cell Car distribution to dealers (1 – 2 per month) and ad hoc reporting projects as assigned. 

This is a long term indefinite temp assignment, estimated to last 12 months or more, with potential to go temp to hire for the right person. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am –  5pm. Pay is based on experience but will start at $18/hr+ with potential to pay more for the right person.

We are looking for someone with 2 – 5 years data entry, office or administrative experience.  Must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using MS Office. BA/BS degree is required.
