Job Description

Sr On-Site Services Specialist needed to work with Volt Workforce Solutions at our client, a world leader in document production and business operations services, in the GOLD RIVER, California area. This is a long term temporary assignment with the possibility of converting to client's staff depending on factors such as attendance and performance.

Pay Rate: $13.50 

Duration: 90 days+ (possibility to convert to client's staff based on performance and attendance)

Hours:  8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (1 Hr Lunch)

Responsibilities: Document Prep, Scan and Index Team Member Prep Staff will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that include receiving in large quantities of mail from multiple P.O. Boxes, date and time stamping, opening envelopes, removing things such as staples or clips that cannot go through a scanner, fixing edges, reviewing and redacting multiple members, sorting documents by form type, and inserting document break sheets between documents up to 35 a batch, creating detailed batched information in system and assigning batch number to every batch. Scan Staff will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that include receiving in large quantities of documents to be scan, using and keeping up maintenance on high performance production scanner, quality checking batching information, reviewing and troubleshooting scanned documents before submitting scan to be indexed, recording batching data into daily log and in TRAC system, and lifting boxes 25-50 pounds. Indexing Staff will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that include data entry on multiple form types at high volumes; as well as quality checking the work of the prepper and the scanner before document submission into the final database.

All tasks will be completed on a computer. All training necessary to complete each task will be provided by management. This job requires an individual that possess the following:

Qualifications:

(Education, Experience and Certifications) Typically Required: - Requires high school diploma/GED and 1–2 years of experience or equivalent experience in a related field.
