Top Must-Have Hard Skills/Experience:

  • Deep understanding of project and program management with 5-7 yrs. of experience in a fast-paced environment taking a product through its complete lifecycle using Agile methodologies
  • Experienced with utilizing RESTful web services and cloud services
  • Able to perform analysis using query languages like SQL, Splunk, Elastic Search etc.
  • Agile champion with strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and drives for continuous improvements
  • Influences others to achieve outcomes even when not in control
  • Helps teams align to changing priorities, and coach's teams and peers through change


We have an exciting opportunity for a “hands on” data driven program management leader that enjoys the challenge of working with a highly collaborative team with responsibilities that are pivotal to our customer experience. The team operates and enhances an ecosystem of highly scalable business critical APIs and Services that offers a 360-degree view of the customer. This provides us with the ability to provide a personalized experience online or instore across all our different brands.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with multiple teams – engineering, product management, finance, marketing, operations and services to define roadmaps, requirements, and ultimately measure results for various customer initiatives. The ideal candidate must possess a high degree of collaborative skills, technical acumen, strong data driven critical thinking skills and the ability to communicate effectively on many levels.

  • Utilizes a scientific Test & Learn approach to formulating a hypothesis and gathering data to incrementally learn and refine solutions to problems in an Agile manner.
  • Provides creative solutions and innovative ideas to difficult cross discipline issues
  • Proven track record of applying continuous improvement methodologies across teams

Demonstrates strong Technical Acumen

  • Experienced with applying leading technologies and cloud services to solving business challenges and making it a strategic enabler
  • Provides technical thought leadership for organization
  • Mentors others to build appropriate technical skills
