Staff Assistant II

Downtown Portland

Full time

M-F 8am-5pm

3-6 Month Assignment

$20 Hourly

 Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive paper applications and analyze data
  • Upload data into Salesforce turning the paper applications from PDF format into electronic forms
  • Assist with creating Insurance contracts
  • Maintain confidential department records and files
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • General administrative duties 

 Qualifications:

  • Banking, Insurance or Real Estate background is a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and Salesforce 
  • Professional Demeanor
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • 2-4 years of office experience required

Education:  High school diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
