Our team of Staffing Consultants has been key to that success and we are looking to add a new Staffing Consultant to our lineup. You will be joining a team of seasoned professionals (with an average of 10+ years in the staffing industry) who know how to get results. We are utilizing new technologies to speed our success in expanding our market presence – make our success YOUR success!
The Staffing Consultant is responsible for sales and recruiting activity to bring in orders from new and existing customers and fulfilling those orders through in-depth screening, sourcing and placement of qualified candidates in call center, light industrial, and clerical/admin.
Sales Efforts:
- Engage in business development by building a hot list of candidates and actively marketing them to new and existing clients
- Build list of target accounts and establish connections
- Generate contingent, contingent to hire and direct hire orders from new and inactive accounts; track and move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Lead generation, prospecting, networking, and in-person appointments with new and inactive clients
Recruiting Efforts:
- Qualify incoming jobs to pinpoint the skills and experience needed to identify the most qualified candidates to fill those jobs
- Screen candidates to identify potential matches for those jobs
- Present opportunity to candidate and conduct in-depth interview
- Utilize integrated and external recruiting tools and social media to add to our pipeline of qualified candidates
- Negotiate labor rate, address possible concerns, obtain commitment for the position, and set expectations
- Provide updates to clients regularly on our recruiting progress
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in a client service/ sales environment; Staffing experience is highly desired
- 2 years sourcing or recruiting experience; Staffing experience is highly desired
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in comparable field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
