Immediate need for a

Store Operations Recruiter in the fashion industry !!

Ideal candidate will have Retail experience

As the Store Operations Recruiter,  you have the responsibility of identifying, sourcing, recruiting, and pre-screening potential candidates for various positions in our retail stores. 

To be successful in this role you are expected to build strong relationships with the Multi-unit management teams you service by scheduling weekly follow up calls to assess their staffing needs. 

In most cases you are the first point of contact for candidates and you must have the ability to represent our company and with clear understanding of our core values. You are considered a brand ambassador and having a working knowledge of our store positions and the ability to communicate job requirements to a potential candidate is a must.

Job Duties and Expectations

  • Meet with assigned Hiring Manager weekly and compile a current/running list of job openings.
  • Administer job boards sites including postings and metrics
  • Review job applicants in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Conduct a phone interviews.
  • Schedule in person interviews
  • Identify / contact / meet with colleges in target markets to source candidates including attending career fairs
  • Build and develop strong relationships with colleagues including multi-unit managers and store managers.
  • Additional projects as assigned


Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Exercise good judgment and intuitiveness while being persuasive, positive, collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Work independently, efficiently, and proactively to achieve stated goals.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • Ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task, and follow-through on projects in a fast-paced environment.
