Job Description

Position located in Texas, preferably in Dallas. The territory is the more Eastern states that starts at North Tennesee all the was over to Florida.  Salary 105-115k base and bonus paid on New Business-this will be discussed in interview.

Hiring process will go like this: Resume - phone screen- fly them to the corporate office in Valencia. They will spend a day meeting and interviewing  with all VP's at Fralock- pretty much get a feel for the culture.

Must have had previous experience selling from a home office - a proven performer and must have an engineering degree.  They sell to Semiconductor companies and Satellite/Space/Heater Circuit type of companies.. anything in orbital and look for LAM Research, Wafer Equipment

1. Account management and development
2. Sales engineering support: new product development, sampling, quoting, project management,  etc.
3. Primary communicator at the customer level
4. Educate Customers on Fralock's Materials and Capabilities offering, while protecting FTK
5. Prepare sales reports, i.e. forecasting, month end progress reports, etc.
6. Grow Sales
7. Develop, build, nurture customer relationships

Objective

To sell full line of products and services to Key Targets and Customers.  Drives sales revenue(s) by prospecting (for new), building relationships, penetrating account and becoming a resource at the engineering level.  Total engagement with the account during the ses cycle while drawing upon necessary resources to properly support customers. Managing the B2B relationships as required (vendors, customers, representatives, etc.)

Preferred Skills

Good written and oral communications.  Computer literate include MS Office, Goldmine and M2M. Project management skills. Education Requirements

College Degree is highly preferred. Engineering focus is preferred

Experience Requirements

Selling in a technical capacity, 5 to 10 years of experience in like markets.  Experience as S.A.M or Key Account Manager.

Driving, walking and some office work
