Volt is currently seeking Administrative Coordinators to serve as a Student Registrar within our Customer’s Global Services, Training & Professional Services, Customer Training Operations organization in Renton, WA. Our client offers exciting job opportunities as one of the world's largest aerospace companies and by being a leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners and defense, space and security systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Responsible for accurately collecting training participant names and other relevant information from Airline Customers and inputting that information into the Integrated Planning and Scheduling System (IPSS).
  • Ensure that information collected is accurate and timely to facilitate denied party screening and TSA clearance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite products, including the basic functions of Microsoft Excel
  2. Ability to learn how to navigate through and enter data in the computer system IPSS (training will be provided)
  3. Prior experience in collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data; and in data entry;
  4. Ability to interact with Airline Customer representatives through email and/or phone if needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
