Job Description

VOLT Workforce Solutions has partnered with one of the leaders in the Fine Art supplies industry, located in Piscataway, NJ. They are seeking a Supervisor for their 2nd shift

This is a Direct Hire role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a warehouse leadership role. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • ?Oversee and maintain inventory and supplies
  • Communicate job expectations
  • Implement productivity strategies and standards
  • Train, assign, schedule, coach, and discipline team-members
  • Maintain heath and safety standards at all times
  • Appraise job contributions
  • Achieve inventory accuracy
  • Have positive output efficiency 


  • Ability to multi task and lead a team through positive engagement 
  • Flexible to work OT and weekends as needed
  • Knowledge of lean processes
  • 5 years in leadership role (warehouse/logistics preferred) 
  • Experience in fast paced environment 
  • Safety management 
  • Material Handling experience 
  • Bilingual in Spanish: HUGE PLUS


3:30pm - 12am 

Salary: Dependent on Experience.
