Job Description

In the role of process specialist, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, review and validate the inputs from other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, and policies.

In this role you will be responsible for transition coordination, process training and certifications for the team, talent management related activities, Service Level Agreement compliance and Process compliance. You will also be involved in day to day customer interactions, knowledge management and process re-engineering activities.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Build demand and supply view based on current demands and available suppliers
  • Manage both surpluses and shortages of materials
  • Build “what-if” scenarios in Power BI and Excel with the objective of preparing the master production schedule
  • Support product change management
  • Participate in supplier review calls with the objective of building demand and supply views



  • College degree in supply chain, APICS or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience


  • At least 2 year of experience working in supply chain management – Demand planning, material requirement planning or supplier scheduling
  • Experience working on the ERP tool for planning
  • MS Excel experience
  • Understanding of end to end supply chain planning and execution processes
  • Experience working on material expediting or de-expediting in direct material supply chain environment
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical skills
