Job Description

Our client is seeking a Support Engineer for an immediate opportunity.

The daily duties include working with custom onsite support for various applications that include new development, maintaining application performance and implementing new features for enterprise installations. There will be opportunities to work with multiple teams locally and support other remote locations.

The Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features and automation tools for the support team
  • Interface with clients, internal and external managers
  • Identify any problems with applications and create custom resolutions or best practices
  • Document all findings for each application support team and end-user support

The Requirements:

  • Previous support writing SQL Queries
  • Ability to understand technical and functional requirements
  • Technical application support with software
  • Understanding how to work with internal and external customers in a technical support role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred
  • It is a plus if the candidate has any scripting language
