Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in RF?  Do you have experience with Network Planning Engineering Experience?  If so, then you may be the candidate we are looking for! 

We are seeking TWO (2) Systems Engineers to work with our client, a company that provides mission-critical, next generation solutions for the command, control, communications, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance markets.  The successful candidates will work for SEVEN (7) months in Palm Bay, FL from 8am to 5pm supporting Ground Satellite Operations.

**Candidates must meet the below 3 CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS to be considered for these positions:

  1. Active SSBI and SCI access
  2. A Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or related
  3. 6 or more years of in RF (Radio Frequency)

Desired KSAOs

  • Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
  • Expected to contribute to all Enterprise Network engineering activities pertaining to CDRL's, trades, requirements analysis, management & compliance, design milestones (SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR) and test/verification activities.
  • Experience with customer and subcontractor technical interfacing
  • Performing functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
  • Responsible for analyses at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Responsible for providing technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk supportability, and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
  • Strong technical emphasis with responsibility for heavily contributing to the system architecture/definition, CONOPS, Use Cases, Enterprise Network Performance analysis.

These are estimated SEVEN (7) month temporary positions in Palm Bay, FL that are offered through Volt Workforce Solutions.  Relocation assistance is NOT available for these positions.  These positions are subject to U.S. Government Contractor hiring eligibility requirements.  No third-party vendors.  Pay is commensurate with experience.
