Looking for System Engineers with an Active US Government Security Clearance for Beautiful Aurora, CO!

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will contribute to a team of engineers in the accomplishment of System Engineering tasks in an iterative development environment.

Key responsibilities include:
•Responsible for working within a collaborative, multi-discipline environment to produce deliverable products as part of an Agile like team
•Support efforts to define system requirements, define verification methods and, troubleshoot errors
•Assist other engineers with defining the future architecture roadmap for integrating, testing and deploying future capabilities
•Support the planning and coordination with multiple discipline engineering and maintenance teams to address technical issues

Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI

Required Experience, Knowledge and/or Skills:
•BS degree and at least 4+ years demonstrated engineering experience with proven track record
•Work independently without appreciable direction to meet timelines
•Understanding of the Systems Engineering lifecycle and change management process
•Knowledge of and some experience in systems engineering functions including: operations concept development, requirements definition, requirements analysis and management, functional decomposition, use case development, interface analysis and definition
•Knowledge of, and experience working in, DOORS or similar requirements management tool
•Knowledge of component level integration and test
•Demonstrated ability to effectively work, and communicate, with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
•Ability to the identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk
•Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
•Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools, particularly Excel, Project, and PowerPoint

Required Education:
4 years of experience with a BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM); or 2 years of experience with a MS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM); or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree

An ACTIVE US Government Security Clearance is Required.
