Job Description

Volt is currently looking for Team Leads to join our client live game operations group which is a support center that answers requests from gamers around the world on topics like gameplay questions, e-commerce concerns, game mastering needs.

The Live Game Operations department is currently looking to add Team Leads. Professionalism, communication skills and the ability to take decisions on the go are some of the key elements we’re looking for. Our Team Lead Level is fully involved in client relationships, often the highest ranking personnel on the floor, and is expected to work independently as much as possible.

Our client is a video game testing company located in downtown Montreal. Their offices are easily accessible by public transport.


  • Own tickets queues and necessary management activities
  • Act as the primary client Point of Contact
  • Manage the execution of tasks by preparing assignments, creating trackers, and reviewing activities to ensure quality standards are met
  • Ensure all tasks are kept on target to meet deadlines
  • Perform investigation and documentation of reported problems using all available tools
  • Maintain knowledge about client’s games & strategies up to date
  • Escalate complex or risk issues as needed
  • Ability to effectively use various software applications: Word; excel; outlook; Web Browser etc...
  • Create a positive impression whenever interacting with clients
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Report into the Project Lead.


  • Experience running medium sized teams
  • Ability to use client tools
  • Good investigative and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to respond effectively to frequently changing priorities and requirements
  • Passion for the customer and the customer experience
  • High commitment to business, high level of accuracy in information management and personal integrity
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mind where common sense borders critical thinking
  • Can work without supervision
  • Availability to work during peak gaming days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays) and on all shifts
  • Excellent written communication in English.
