Job Description

This company in Redmond, WA that develops laser scanning technology for projection, 3D sensing, and image capture is seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter for a contract role. This role is responsible for consulting and implementing the sourcing and recruitment services that favorably impact the company objectives. Participates in the development of innovative solutions to achieve organization mission and goals as it related to talent acquisition.

Excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone and in person with candidates and hiring managers. Collaborates with coordinators to ensure requisitions are complete, opened, all activities and candidates are tracked and closed in the applicant tracking system accurately and in a timely fashion. Ability to consistently exhibit superior customer service, including when under significant pressure to achieve expected timelines for the hiring of new staff. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate needs to possess at least 10 years of recruiting experience working with an engineering team. Will do so full-cycle recruiting and sourcing  Able to communicate with engineers. Able to be self-directed and work without supervision. Able to work remote to start and in high volume capacity.

Ability to build comprehensive account management recruitment plans and sourcing strategy plans, clarify required job skills and competencies with hiring managers. - Demonstrated experience reviewing resumes against job requirements, behavioral interviewing candidates against qualifications and presenting recommendations to hiring managers.
