Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Jr. Sourcer for our Redmond office. This role is for someone who would like to prove their skills with Volt. As a Jr. Sourcer you will focus on candidate generation in finding the best and the brightest in the software industry. We are looking for smart, creative self-driven individuals that can accomplish the following:

Be responsible for the process of generating candidates by:

  • Sourcing for candidates.
  • Conducting phone interviews.
  • Brainstorming with Recruiters to establish strategies for their specific positions.

As a Jr. Sourcer you will be interviewing the applicants and submitting their qualifications for review to the appropriate Hiring Manager.
Part of being a great Sourcer includes effective follow-up of reference checks, new hire paperwork and orientation or rejection letters, entering candidate information in to an applicant tracking system and may be responsible for gathering appropriate data for EEO purposes.

This is a Contingent/Temporary-to-Hire position working internally with Volt Workforce Solutions headquartered in Redmond, Washington. We are among the largest IT Staffing Companies in the US for contingent/temporary and direct hire placements, and support many of the top rated IT Companies in the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements:

Jr. Level Sourcer Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of solid customer service/sales experience.
  • Involvement in associations and heavily networked is preferred.
  • Technical candidate/resume sourcing experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Internet Sourcing/Searching of candidates is heavily preferred.
  • Background in outbound calls, cold-calling is highly preferred.
  • Great customer service and communication/interpersonal skills, including excellent organization, interviewing, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or in a related field is preferred.

Bonus Skills:

Your ability to know the best places and people to network within the industry will greatly increase your chances of working here!

  • Experience with MS products is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Being part of a team with the ability to perform extra duties as assigned.
