Job Description

This Technical Support position is a great opportunity for an individual to work with one of Americas most prominent retail companies. The chosen candidate will mainly provide support to the Technical Operations Support team.  

• Log incidents
• Coordinate disaster recovery procedures in test and production
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios
• Communicate business impact clearly and in non-technical terms to key stakeholders
• Technical troubleshooting and problem solving experience
•  2+ years demonstrated experience in a production support or client service role 
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Working SQL knowledge to conduct data verification and validation testing

A BS degree is preferred, but not required. If candidate does not have a degree, a minimum of 3 years’ experience required
