Job Title: Telemarketer / Office Assistant
City: Carpinteria

Job Duration: Temp to hire
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-time / Hourly
Schedule: M-F
Pay Rate: $15-18/hr depending on experience

This is your opportunity to provide general clerical support and expand your skills and knowledge base in supporting Quality Assurance. This role will support updates to controlled documents in collaboration with Quality Control. Additional clerical duties may include, but not limited to data entry, data verification, report generation, and preparation of hard copy records for off-site storage.

  • Works on documentation control assignments with clearly defined objectives
  • Performs routine documentation control duties using prescribed procedures
  • Solves problems which are limited in scope and complexity
  • Education: High School diploma minimum, may require some higher education or specialized training/certification.
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Agile PLM is a plus
  • Familiar with working on different network drives
  • Work independently to meet required deadlines
  •  Understanding of Quality Assurance and compliance is desired
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds

Qualification requirements

  • Previous experience at a call center
  • experience using a dialer
  • Able to work well in fast pace environment
  • Great multi-tasking skills
