Volt Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Admin Assistant!!!

Essential Duties:

  • Support Purchasing Supervisor and Buyers by maintaining filing and record-keeping for the department.
  • Attention to detail, with ability to focus on accurate data entry.
  • Work well within a team, by taking direction from buyers to assist with timely ordering of parts.
  • Ability follow up on tasks and remain organized, to ensure efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Attend daily and weekly production meetings as needed on the plant floor and/or stock room to assist with accurate record keeping.

Qualifications:

  •  One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with using a MRP system is a plus. Supply Chain / Purchasing experience is a plus.


Work Schedule:
Able to work 40 hours/week M-F. Overtime possible.
